POKER PARTY ON THE VERANDA - 2007/03/12 17:29 Hi Guys... Last Friday night the stars aligned and a few of my smoking buddies and I were able to play poker and smoke cigars outdoors, under my canvas gazebo tent, until 2:30 in the morning

. We smoked the churchill sized Diamond Crown Maximus and I was also gifted a god of fire by Carlito.

Everything was perfect including the Carolina Pulled Pork that I smoked for over 5 hours that day. Thanks to the sides we put on the gazebo and the propane heater, we could play, drink and smoke for a long time and not wake up the neighborhood.

Do you guys like to party and smoke with your friends, smoke alone or just one on one with a buddy?

So can I just say that I'm incredibly jealous! Currently the majority of my smoking is done alone, although I did just purchase a porch swing so the wife can come out and hang with me for a bit while I have my stogie. Typically Ash and I try and get together once a month for a beer and a stogie at a local bar, although that may have gone by the wayside compliments of the smoking ban.

Occasionally my oldest daughter will come outside to keep me company... generally when she wants to ask me those deep, and often uncomfortable questions that are only answered by me when I'm having a cigar and copious amounts of scotch.
